THE SUFFERING OF THE WHEAT
“You resent for what is happening to you, and you are getting upset, aren’t you? No matter what has become of you, you have not suffered as much as what the wheat has suffered . Look at the wheat!
They have thrown it as seed to the cold and dark soil.

Snow fell upon it and it got cold,

it sank in to the mud and sprouted,

when the sprout lifted it’s head, the wind blew and shaked it’s body.

It has grown a bit more then sun roasted it. It dried but it’s trouble did not end.

This time they choped it’s head with a sickle.

Like this is not enough, they put it in threshing sledge and crushed it. After that, they threw it . Has it got out of it? No, they threw it in to the mill and crushed it between the mill stones then turned it in to flour.

Like this is not enough, they threw it in to water and plasticized it to dough.

Still not finished, they threw it in to a fierced oven. It got burnt and baked .

Like this is not enough, it entered amongst the teeth of man and got crushed.
Having contended with all, wheat has been life inside the life and smiled from the eyes of human by finding a new life! You understand, don’t you? Be contended with everything(suffering) coming to you so that you will be resurrected and be immortal.” Rumi (K.S)
