Mi’raj(Ascension/Rising up) is to arrive at the last limit of approaching ALLAH.
What the creating power takes as principal for himself is “Akhlakullah”, meaning “Sirat-i Mustaqiym”.

They are short, but these words express great meaning(for a man of understanding)…
It is impossible to find the drop within that vast sea(derya)…
You can neither find it by mind nor by chemistry…
The drop and sea has been one.
Sea(Derya)…
The drop entered in to tasbihat(glorification of Allah)..
They are all within the circle of atom and electron which are in constant action…
To enter in to this “tasbihat” is to remember HIM, and that is called “DHIKR”.
To enter in to this “tasbihat” is to remember HIM, and that is called “DHIKR”.
“All heavens and the earth, everything glorifies HIM(makes tasbeeh). Because He is mighty and wise”.
This universe coalesces with all of its atoms and electrons in a balance. This is tasbihat. You need to join to this dance(raks) which is considered to be unconscius, in order to take a place in this “tasbihat”!
Then that is called “dhikr”.
“Fezkuruni ezkürkum”.
“Therefore remember(by ibadat) Me, I will remember you!”.
This means if you remember, I will remember you.
It seems “Not”,if you do not remember me (e.g.I will not remember you, if you don’t remember me)

Because human was given freedom of choice.
This verse addresses each servant(abd) individually.
“Remember!” then “I will remember you!”, after that you can enter inside.

In Qur’an and hadiths, the term “Qalb: Heart” is used.

Yes that is true.
But what is its function(work)?
1-Its physical function(work): Physical element
2-Its spiritual function(work): Spiritual(inner) element

They are both the veils of seen and unseen(visible and invisible sides).
There is an utterance called “Kalb-i Selim”.
Something is hidden in this.

Kalb-i selim:Spiritual (inner) side of the material(physical) function looking to the other side.

In the dictionary of “Mânâ” [1], one of them is called “Fuad” [2] and the other one is named “Denes [3 ]”. This means “the side that mixed up with nafs” or “pure side”.

When we think about its anatomy:
4 chambers: 2 is on one side, 2 is on another side.
Functions of left side is different than the functions of right side.
Functions of left side is different than the functions of right side.
Each chamber also does different works…
Lets analyse the anatomy of the heart attentively :
Simply, if we look at only the section that will interest us…
Heart has two regions.

But almost this feeling is a sound.
Clean(oxygenated) blood comes to left heart from the lungs by means of 4 veins ,”vena pulmonaries= House of Varidir. When the left upper eye(auricle) is filled with clean blood a mitral valve between left upper eye(left auricle) and left lower eye(left ventricle) opens and clean blood fills in to left lower eye(left auricle).
Then the valve closes.
Then the valve closes.
During the opening and closing, a sound is generated(opening and closing sound).
The heart pumps the clean blood strongly to the aorta outgoing from the left ventricle, and the blood is distributed to the body.
2 sounds are heard from the opening and and closing of that valve. One of these sounds is heard and the other one is not heard.
While this region(left ventricle) is emptied the upper region(left auricle) fills again. This region is empty at that time then.
(Beware about here!).
These functions continue on the right region in same manner.
Oxygenated blood distributed to the body does its work and come to the right upper chamber(right auricle) by two veins in order to exhaust the taken carbondioxide.
Superior vena cava. Inferior vena cava…
When the upper right eye(auricle) is filled (beware here! ), the lower left eye(ventricle) is empty. The valve in upper right eye(auricle) is opened and the blood fills in to the lower right eye(ventricle). In this way(in this Sûrat), the circulation is completed.
Now the cleaning mechanism of the blood and its contact with air is as mentioned.
One of them is called pulmonary(küçük: small, short) and the other one is called systemic (büyük:big, long) circulatory system…
While this function continues to work right-left, upper-lower in zig zag manner, enlarging and shrinking of the heart, closing and openning of the valves continue in synchronisation.
There are 0.11 seconds of time and 0.45seconds of stoppage between these functions.
In these time gaps, vibrations cause generation of sounds during the shrinking and enlarging of the heart. We call these sounds, “the sounds of the heart”.
Heart problems are found out by analysing the delays and stoppages in these sounds.
All of these are connected to a lot of nerval centers of electricity.
In heart, with the electricity current emerging from the glands ,“aschoff-tawara-kaytflek-purkinje”, and the effect of the runner and stopper sympathic and parasympathic nerves, the heart works in an orderly manner. How the electricity is generated within the heart, is a long topic and there is a superb explanation for it…
This small information is a knowledge which is out of medicine.
In medicine, this is an occupational education…
There is a piece of flesh on left side of the heart, at the outflow of aorta and below that section. It is called “auricle”.
Death within the body ends with the stoppage of the auricle(auricle arrest) at last.
There are 4 splits from below to up in Auricula:
This is the word, “ALLAH” in arabic letters.
40 years a go from now, it was observed(found out) by me during the autopsies, and the pictures in big anatomy books will also confirm this.
We had published this at that time because no one had been concerned with it.
After that, some magazines have published this as if they had themselves discovered it.

By paying attention to those:
If we analyse the sounds emerging from the opening, closing, shrinking and expanding of the heart:
With 1st Sound 6th sound together
“ 2nd Sound 5th sound together
“ 3rd Sound 4th sound together
“ 4th Sound 6th sound together
These sounds are “8 “ but heard as “4”.
Now :
1st Sound: A valve opens and the blood flows in to left ventricle.
2nd Sound: The blood in left ventricle is distributed to the body from the aortic valve.
3rd Sound: This is felt in the region of stomach. The pulsing of the big vein in
abdominal region can be felt by hand.
4th Sound: It is the merge of 5th and 6th sound, and two sounds are felt as one.
In accordance with this explanation, there are 4 audible and 4 inaudible sounds and 8 vibration(shake) sounds in total.
However, inaudible ones are audible in some paitients having heart problems.
Now, by leaving the material behind, lets translate the material in to spiritual words:
Inhalation : Air is inhaled with “HAYY”.
Exhalation : “HU” is exhaled with air. The exhalation is this.
This action is the beginning and result of 4 heart-sounds. The heart turns “HAYY” and “HU” to a sound during the inhalation and exhalation process.
That sound emanates to whole body as vibration.
All of treatments in illnesses are the denial of the wishes of returning to unwanted truth.
“Al amrazi hedaya-yi min Azze wa Jalla li’l –abid: All of the illnesses are the gifts given to the servant(adb) by ‘Aziz and Jalil ALLAH’. ”
They are the warnings saying :
Think!..
Bring your self to reason!..
Return(obey) to the orders!
Do not lose the physical and spiritual balance of the body!..
I say “HU” when I exhale.
I draw the “HAYY” within me out by breathing it out,
then I say “HAYY” and I breath “HU” in me again.
“HAYY” is the liveliness and functioning of the body and it is unconscious.
A sound emanates during this inhaling and exhaling process.
I take a breath in and fill the air in to my lungs.
“HAYY” that I breath in when saying “LÂHE” in the heart, I convert it in to “HU” and blow it as “HU” in to every part of the entire body(wujud) from the place which is the center of the TRUTH(HAKK).
In this way, I leave the matter.
Even the place.
Just to be with HIM.
Who is He(HU)?
Just He(HU)…
That is what the mechanism of Tawheed is…
Leaving the matter mechanically, getting lost in “the ONE” and being “SINGLE”…
Once this turns gradually from the actions mixed with thoughts to a habit(establishing relationship) by entering inner world, the work starts to change.
1- Breathing in and out
2- When the blood is oxygenated in the lungs, turned back to the heart and distributed in to the body, it leaves the oxygen within the body and turns back to the heart as dexoygenated blood(venous blood containing carbon dioxide) and goes to the lungs from there(Timings were had been described above).
It takes time to understand this very well, almost follow it by mind and participating in this mechanism…
Starting from the belly it will be thought towards up from left to right in Dimağ [4]:
What will be thought ?
Those :
“L” : Means “No or Nonexistent”. .
What is nonexistent?
Will make a connection. Will be asked for help.
“İLÂHA” : This is not either.
“İLL” : Only the one who will be linked to and worshipped(Ibadat) to.
“ALLAH” : “He( HU)” exists.
After the heart beat ends, just before breathing in again, “Muhammad Rasulullah” will be imagined.
“L” —> “İLÂHE” —> “İLL” —> “ALLAH”
Heart —> Rooh(spirit)—> Sır —> Khafi —> Wâhid —> Ahad —> Wahid

The words which are said during the Zikir starts from the right: “L”
To the Lung —> from there to left auricle: “İL”
From there —> to left ventricle : “HE”
From there —> to the body, from the wujud(body)—> to right auricle
From right auricle —> to left ventricle : “İLL”
From the lung —> to left heart auricle : “ALLAH”
In Electro- Cardiography :
PQ=0:18 —> “L” (short)
QRS=0.06 —> “İLÂHA” (quick and long)
ST=0.42 —> “İLL” (quick and very short)
“ALLAH” (long and silent)
The whole Heart is in zikir in “LÂ İLÂHA İLLALLAH”.
In “HU” : Left auricle says “ALLAH”. There is no Wujud(body) : ROOH(Spirit) is in zikr.
LAST WORD :
The minute a “bashar” [5] feels that he is incapable of comprehending ALLAH, comprehends HIM.
The minute an “Insan” [6] understands that he will not be able to find ALLAH , will have found ALLAH.
We used the terms “Bashar” and “Insan”.
Pay much attention to them!…
Their meanings seem one (similar), but not in this work!.
Do not forget: Rahmad [7] of “ALLAH” is limitless” (Ayat=Verse).
Even if you are not competent to receive that Rahmed, Rahmed of ALLAH has power to reach you.
Do not forget this!
Do not forget also this word of ”do not forget”!
Think!
There are a lot of easiness.
Human creates the difficulties by himself.
There is “Hidir” [8] . Did you know that?
Everywhere in “the world of opportunity”of ALLAH.
He is the representative of the aid of HAKK(Truth) for HIS overwhelmed(distressed) servants.

هُوَ اللَّهُ الْخَالِقُ الْبَارِئُ الْمُصَوِّرُ لَهُ الْأَسْمَاء الْحُسْنَى يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

As insan has mind(Aql), conscious and faith(iman), he/she is different from the other living beings and most mukarram creation of Janab-i Hakk. The name,”insan” was given to him as insan is forgetful of Rabbani ni’mats(Divine boon and benefections.* Insan is a living being who has a quality to obtain character and morals(ahlaq).
[7] Rahmad: (arabic word).Grace of ALLAH. Arabic word “Mad” in arabic means “extending”. E.g. extending of shadow or reaching somewhere by extending not by flowing. For instance we say mad-jazeer (ebb and tide). Rah+mad is the extension of the beneficience(ihsaan) of ALLAH to us. Letter “R” at the beginning is a transporter(isal) for this beneficience(ihsaan). Whatever brings this grace and beneficience(ihsan). If a cloud brings it to us, We call it rahmad. If the rain brings it to us, We call it rahmad. If Rasulullah SAW brings it to us, We call him rahmad. Whomever brings it to us, we call him rahmad.
Is ALLAH a RAHMAD? No, ALLAH is not RAHMAD but ALLAH is AR-RAHEEM, the one who creates RAHMAD.
