Eid-ul-Fitr (Celebration of Fitratallahi):

Eid-ul-Fitr is the Celebration of FiTRAT(fitrat of Allah: nature of Allah). Fasting was done to return the one to his/her original nature to his/her ASL, his ESSENCE. All these efforts were to discard the attachments and perception of the mind and meet in the heart of Rasulullah (SAS) and live the ONENESS(TAWHEED).
